The selected candidate for the role should be interested in building a long-term career in Client Engagement / Project & Account Management.
In addition to excellent client engagement skills, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the creative process and have a background in art production or Unity / Unreal development. Also referred to as “Creative Producer,” this role will report directly to the Director of Creative Production & Client Services and communicate with other Senior Managers.
Our team needs a driven, dedicated, and goal-oriented individual with creative account management experience. The ideal candidate is a highly energetic, tech-savvy, friendly ‘can do’ team player with strong project/account management and operations skills. They also have solid experience supporting a lean, fast-moving creative team across multiple digital projects, communication skills, and impeccable time management skills.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Manage Account/Client Logistics.
Develop and execute project scopes in the determined timeline within budgets for web, design, and AR/VR content.
Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the project’s delivery quality.
Initiate client/contractor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new client paperwork, advance requests, etc.) and manage billing schedules.
Create and manage production schedules that are appropriate and feasible for the studio workload (including sprint planning and sprint grooming).
Budget owners & in charge of money management.
Client facing support.
Client Billing: responsible for weekly client billing administration and work with finance/accounting team to ensure all invoices are being created and sent out in a timely manner.
Budget Management: Solely responsible for management of assigned project budgets.
Act as Liaison between Client and Internal Teams.
Run daily/weekly reviews with clients and internal decision-makers for an efficient feedback loop.
Manage client communication tools like the Product Review Document.
Determine a project’s risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor out-of-scope requests and initiate additional estimates and approvals.
Manage and collaborate with quality contractors who can elevate the work.
Collaborate with project management, legal, talent, video, animation, production, music, and video teams on all production steps.
Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party contractors.
Create an Atmosphere for Creative Exploration.
Bring creative solutions to the table, and work to cultivate an innovative, supportive and high-functioning creative team.
Foster communication, creative expression, and a family-focused work environment.
Assist in initial creative project planning and deliver ideas to meet client needs.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
4+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a creative agency, advertising agency, or production company
Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to undergo a background check
Understanding of 2D/3D art production and/or Unity/Unreal development
Self-motivated, glass-half-full type person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives
Ability to proactively analyze, diagnose, and creatively solve problems
Client engagement and relationship-building experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
What is important for us in a person?
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Familiar with Jira and/or Scrum processes
Game studio or big agency experience
Online portfolio – such as a website, blog, or online album
Shipped an AAA game or high-profile emerging tech apps
