tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine
Now we're looking for a Game Designer to work on an AI-driven, system-oriented game for PC and Consoles. The project is in the early prototype stage.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
Expertise in designing and implementing complex, interactive gameplay systems. Ability to design rules, mechanics, and systems that create engaging, emergent gameplay experiences;
Proficient in designing rule-based interactive systems, focusing on physical interactions, and multiple possible interactions between objects;
Strong understanding of AI behavior and learning systems. Experience designing AI that adapts and responds dynamically to player actions and changes in the game world;
Experience in prototyping and iterative design to rapidly test and refine system designs;
Skill in designing systems that provide players multiple ways to solve problems and achieve their goals, promoting creativity and strategic thinking;
Past work experience in games with system-oriented mechanics and/or AI systems would be highly valuable.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a huge plus, but not a requirement if listed characteristics are met.
