Senior Producer

Rabbit Games is a growing development studio delivering premium co-dev services to global partners. As we scale our production capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Producer with strong experience in console certification (TRC/XR) to help us manage complex client projects and ensure delivery at the highest standards.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Lead and coordinate development pipelines across multi-platform projects

• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

• Manage schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies

• Oversee the preparation and submission of builds for console certification (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)

• Serve as Compliance Manager for client projects, ensuring platform requirements are met

• Work closely with QA, Dev, and Publishing teams to handle all pre-submission and submission processes

• Support strategic planning and contribute to improving internal production processes

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in game production, preferably in co-dev or multi-studio/team environments

• Proven track record of managing full development cycles and platform submissions

• Deep knowledge of TRC/XR compliance processes (Sony, Xbox, Nintendo)

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

• B2 in English (spoken and written)

• Passion for games and understanding of team dynamics in a production environment

Nice to have

• Experience in LiveOps or post-launch support

• Background in QA, build management, or publishing

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and milestone-based delivery models
