Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced Community Manager for a key project of a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles on the market.

The role is for an internal team working on a mobile hybrid sandbox UGC product, where players create worlds, mods, and content inside the game. In essence, this is a game-platform with an active community and high engagement: 200M+ installs, 3M+ DAU.

The game and its community are experiencing rapid, continuous growth. To sustain this momentum, we need a creative strategist who can maintain high engagement levels, expand our player base, and turn a massive audience into a tightly-knit, thriving ecosystem

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Maintain daily activity in Discord and social media.
Run contests, giveaways, and events.
Communicate directly with players (chats, comments, feedback).
Come up with new engagement mechanics.
Work with moderators and support them in maintaining order.
Collect feedback and share it with the team models.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Experience working with large communities (100,000+ users)
Experience running contests, giveaways, and events with strong response
Ability to attract and retain audience attention
Creative approach to community development
Experience directly communicating with players (responses, discussions, conflict resolution)
Understanding how UGC and the creator economy work
Experience working with Discord and other social media
Ability to handle negativity and crisis situations
