We’re searching for a skilled Game Designer (Balance) to drive our main products. 

Nad czym pracować?

• Gatunek: Gry logiczni, Gry słowne, Gry planszowi, Gry codzienni

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Designing game mechanics and UX within the product;

• Analyzing product metrics and developing hypotheses;

• Creating and balancing the sequence of levels;

• Maintaining design documentation;

• Design, balance, and iterate on in-game economy systems for the project;

• Ensure long-term balance of core gameplay systems using data analysis and player behavior insights;

• Collaborating with the development team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gamedev industry;

• Experience working on LiveOps projects;

• Proven experience in economy design on large-scale projects

• Experience in level balancing and designing game systems in projects;

• Understanding of typical game mechanics;

• Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and convincingly (both orally and in writing);

• Analytical mindset and a good grasp of logic;

• A deep passion for games.
